Serways Hotel Heiligenroth

We stayed at Serways Hotel during our travels and it was the perfect overnight stop on the motorway. the large room had simple furnishings but was surprisingly comfortable and quiet, allowing us to sleep very well. We were impressed with the 9.95€ all, you, can, eat breakfast which included made, to, order eggs. It was well worth paying extra for breakfast. the location was convenient for a stop off and the family room was perfect for the four of us. We appreciated the 24hr check, in and the dedicated walkway to the restaurant and service station. Good free parking was available right next to the hotel. Cons: Not one thing! 👍.

Clean, comfortable rooms. Excellent location for overnight stop for long distance driving.

Difficult to find it via the wev site. The reaction of the hotel after my e-mail clarified the exact location

Great location near a calm area, a cafe, and the woods.

The close proximity to the airport. Very clean room. Quiet. No key to turn in at check out.

The rooms were perfect, with free parking. The biggest surprise - I is directly at the Autobahn, but rooms were very quiet.

Affordable stay here. the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit. the location was convenient, with shops nearby and close to the border of Germany 🌍. Don't miss out on trying the delicious hot dishes available at the restaurant on-site.

We were very impressed with the layout of the room with bunk beds. It was very clean and fresh. The ease of using the restaurant and shop was also very useful as we were travelling with young children, as they are just next door.

The rooms are spacious and have all the necessary amenities, the location is conveniently situated right off the highway, overall our stay was impressive and we would choose to stay here again in the future.

The hotel room was very large and airy, clean and tidy and was also quiet. The breakfast was also very good so we have no complaints on the hotel once we got in - see below

We were otuside the hotel for about 20 minutes trying to get in on the automated system without success - the card reader seemed not to be working as we tried several different cards without success, even when we ignored the pre-booking codes and tried to book in as a new customer. The receptions desk, when we found it, was also unstaffed at the time. We then had to telephone the emergency number of the company we booked through and they eventually raised a member to staff to let us in. All extemely frustrating.

Everything was very comfortable. Stunningly beautiful views of the garden. - No reason to complain. - Convenient location near a cafe. - Amicable staff. - Next door to the autobahn.

Very practical when traveling, situated on the highway. Clean and no noise from neighbours and highway. Cheap and good quailty

We stayed at Serways Hotel for an overnight stopover during our travels. The location was perfect, just a minute away from the A3. The room was spacious and had a nice view from the window. We appreciated having both a shower and a bath in the bathroom, which was very convenient with our two young children. The bed was comfortable and the linen and towels were of good quality. Another great feature was the keypad entry system on the doors, allowing for flexibility even after check-out. a great hotel with friendly staff and free parking nearby.
